Fellowship is the most prestigious qualification that a professional photographer is able to achieve in social photography.
Fellowship is achieved on production of a collection of work that truly reflects an individual style - one that can be attributed to the author of the submission that consists of 20 faultless images that must hang together as a complete set and be recognised as the body of work of one person.
This work will demonstrate, individuality, symmetry, graphic design, composition and a true mastery of light control. Awarding of Fellowship is the ultimate recognition of one's artistry and attention to detail in pursuit of excellence. Very few photographers achieve this status.
Kevin is the only photographer to have achieved two fellowships in social photography, one in wedding, the other in portraiture throughout the 108 year history of the British Institute of Professional Photography.
